According to the Texas Education Agency, SISD is growing faster than 90% of all other districts in the entire state. Enrollment to-date has already exceeded a demographic forecast from 2022.

With almost 4,200 students, Springtown ISD has already surpassed enrollment projections for the 2023-2024 school year.

Federal law requires school districts to maintain comparable student-to-teacher ratios in elementary schools across the district. Overcrowding at Springtown ES and Goshen ES has forced SISD to decrease the number of classes at Reno ES by reassigning some staff positions to comply with this law.
